Companies, admissions and seats, support requests, service health, What's new, help pages, the team, legal details and SourcePro's rules.
The admin site is SourcePro's own. Sign-in always asks for a code.

| Companies | Add company (its site is ready within seconds, its first admin invited); each company's plan, seats, status, its AI (add AI to the plan with a month of credits, change them, or take AI out: recorded) and its support level; Suspend, Close company (kept, then erased as the privacy policy says), Reopen, Erase now (its name typed to confirm) |

| Support | What companies' people asked SourcePro's support from Get help, the ones waiting first, with how many wait and the usual time to a first answer: read the thread and what the person sent, answer (they are told in the product and by email), Hand back (pass it to the company's own helpers with a note, when only the company can answer: it becomes their request and this one is closed), Close. Each request shows the company's level (standard or priority) and the time a first answer was promised by; one past it is marked Late and counted. A company's page says whether its plan includes support and on which level, and a Super Admin switches both (recorded); the hours of each level are SourcePro's own rules under Settings > Rules |

| AI | AI for every company (off until SourcePro turns it on; Stop all AI stops everything at once); the features, each can be stopped for everybody with a reason; the models that answer, in turn, with what each costs SourcePro and what companies are charged, and a Test that sends one short request from the server; each company's credits this month with what it answered and what was stopped, and the stopped calls across all companies, by why (numbers only) |
